Shipping Policy
Free shipping on all US orders over $75. No code needed — discount applies automatically at checkout.
All Logos Golf Company orders are fulfilled through Printful, our print-on-demand partner. This means every item is printed fresh specifically for your order — no dead stock, no waste.
Production Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be printed and prepared for shipment. Production times may vary slightly during peak seasons (holidays, major golf events).
Shipping Times (after production)
- United States: Standard shipping 3–7 business days. Expedited options available at checkout.
- International: Available to most countries. Estimated delivery 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
- Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days for US orders from the time of purchase.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the Printful facility. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of your order, contact us at support@logosgolfcompany.com.
International Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping charge.
Returns & Exchanges
We'll make it right. If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 30 days and we'll take care of it.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, email support@logosgolfcompany.com with your order number and reason for return.
Print-on-Demand Items
Because each item is printed specifically for you, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind on print-on-demand products. However, we absolutely accept exchanges for:
- Sizing issues (wrong size received or size doesn't fit as expected)
- Print defects, errors, or damage upon arrival
- Wrong item received

- Include a brief description of the issue and, for defects, a photo
- We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps
